Peach Pleasures at Community Foods Market

Community Foods Market president and CEO Brahm Ahmadi is pleased to have opened the market just in time for peach season.

Celebrate summer as Community Foods Market hosts Peach Day, featuring tastings, a peach pie bakeoff, and a kids’ peach-themed poster contest. The bakeoff winner will have their pie featured on the menu of the markets’ Front Porch Cafe. Want to be more peach savvy? Join Bill Fujimoto, former manager of Monterey Market, for a workshop on the history, varieties, and cultivation of peaches. All week long, you can taste free peach samples and special peach smoothies, salads, marinades, and jams as you find unique peach items and bargains.
