Pisco Punch

1 dash aromatic bitters
2 ounces pisco
1 ounce pineapple gum syrup
1 ounce fresh lime juice
.5 ounce Lillet Rouge

Shake with ice, strain over a Nick & Nora glass, and garnish with an orange peel.
