drinks2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
2 ounces rye whiskey
1 ounce sweet vermouth

Stir with ice, strain into a coupe glass, top with 1 ounce sparkling wine, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
