The conference is inspired by Dr. Vandana Shiva’s book Soil Not Oil: Environmental Justice in an Age of Climate Crisis. Speakers include Vandana Shiva, Fritjof Capra, Anna Lappé, former EPA senior scientist Ray Seidler, soil scientist Rattan Lal, agro-ecologist Miguel Altieri, and environmental and land use attorney Claire Hope Cummings.
