Bay Area chocolatiers from Barlovento Chocolates, TCHO, Poco Dolce Chocolates, and Dandelion Chocolate welcome students into their kitchens to study the art and science of chocolate making for this Food Craft Institute intensive course. Learn about the hands-on techniques that produce outstanding tastes. Explore the thriving local chocolate scene, from large-scale production to in-house confectionery.
