Tune in to FOODBIZ to learn about Eat.Think.Design, the wildly popular UC Berkeley course now available online. Meet Professor Jaspal Sandhu as he discusses the new online version of the course and how to apply design thinking to food, innovation, and health. Sandhu talks with Food Business School Dean Will Rosenzweig about the five-week online course, which requires a commitment of 3–5 hours weekly. The course is geared toward food industry leaders and innovators, product and brand strategists, or other growth leaders, and it teaches design thinking as a way to create business strategies, products, and solutions.
