A Confectionate Affair

Enter a paradise of bars, confections, and truffles at Berkeley’s Market Hall 8th annual For the Love of Chocolate. Local chocolatiers, including Barlovento and Charles Chocolates, offer samples, and executive pastry chef Sally Darling demonstrates techniques for chocolate decorating. Visitors can taste cheese pairings with dark and milk chocolates as well as a house-made mole sauce prepared with Guittard chocolate.
