Two Chefs Cook to Benefit Happy Boy Farms

Happy Boy Farm is recovering from winter flooding with help from chefs at
Lungomare and Chop Bar.

Due to record rainfall over the winter, nearly half of the fields at Happy Boy Farms were flooded for weeks. Executive chefs Craig DiFonzo of Lungomare and Lev Delany of Chop Bar, who have been serving the farm’s organic produce for years, decided to roll up their sleeves and host a benefit dinner for the farm. The duo came up with a menu that features Happy Boy Farms radishes, beets, snap peas, and more, with proceeds going directly to the farm. Cost: $65 per person. Includes four-course dinner, wine pairings, and a $10 gift certificate to Chop Bar.
