Dine with the author of Big Hunger

Two organizations focused on ending hunger invite the public to a dinner with Andy Fisher, author of Big Hunger: The Unholy Alliance between Corporate America and Anti-Hunger Groups. His book encourages the anti-hunger movement to turn away from charity and towards economic justice and local economies. Join Food Shift and Imperfect Produce to hear Fisher’s ideas and enjoy a vegetarian meal made from salvaged produce that might have gone to waste. Cost: $25. Info and tickets: here
