Calling All Cyclists Who Love to Eat Local!
Cyclists who appreciate farmland and local food will want to hop on for this tour of farms and ranches protected from development by MALT, the nonprofit Marin Agricultural Land Trust. Enjoy West Marin’s lovely coastline and valleys as you ride past farms and ranches that produce much of the cheese, meat, and seasonal fruits and veggies sold at East Bay farmers’ markets. The 53-mile loop includes stops at local farms for snacks and lunch. Cost: $150. Info, registration, and route details: here. Register early—this ride is open to just 300 riders.
