A Recipe for Cocktail Week

What a way to enjoy the season’s watermelon! Try this recipe and have some extra fun by entering our Cocktail Week Instagram contest.

Watermelon Sour
Seedlip Garden: 50ml/1.8oz
Basil & Watermelon Shrub: 20ml/0.7oz (recipe below)
Eggwhite: Dash

Glass & Garnish
Coupe with a basil boat


500ML of Shrub
1 small watermelon
Handful of basil leaves
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup  white sugar

Add all ingredients into a jar and muddle. Leave overnight. Strain.
