Continuing its Abajo Dinner Series, Comal hosts a Traditional Agave Spirit Dinner. At this collaborative meal, Guadalajara native David Suro of Siembra Spirits showcases three handmade agave spirits as well as special offerings from Pedro Jimenez’s Mezonte brand and Mónica Leyva’s Pajarote brand. Enjoy your drinks with a menu of Oaxaca-inspired dishes by Comal’s executive chef Matt Gandin, and learn about the experience of bringing traditional Mexican spirits to market.
