Come learn the fundamentals of gongfu cha, known as the connoisseur’s preferred method for brewing Chinese tea. In Chinese, “gongfu” (kungfu) means “skills and effort.” In this workshop, Annie Chen, founder of Teaphile, demonstrates gongfu cha using the appropriate tea vessels and explains how this method differs from other brewing styles.
