Celebrate National Farmers Market Week at this virtual cooking class as Agricultural Institute of Marin (AIM) presents Chef Tony Adams, a cookbook author and director of the Cavallo Point Lodge Cooking School in Sausalito.
To take part, choose your meal, shop for ingredients at your local farmers’ market, and then cook alongside Chef Tony. It’s a chance to support local farmers, fishers, and ranchers while also increasing your own cooking skills. All proceeds support the Farmers Market Assistance Fund, assisting AIM programs that keep farmers’ markets running and bring fresh produce to the community. Register by Thursday, August 13.
