A four-part online lecture series with follow-along herbal product–making tutorials

Join Clinical Herbalist Anna Marie Beauchemin of East Bay Herbals for a four-week course on how to  incorporate everyday herbalism into your life. The series covers the basics of herbal medicine, natural remedies for common ailments, and ways to use herbs in your home and kitchen. Each class includes a lecture with follow-along herbal product making demonstration. Local participants have the option of picking up herbal supplies for the class in Martinez. Distance learners can have their herbs shipped to them or find them on their own.
