Restaurants all over the world are hanging on by a thread by upping their takeout and delivery through the pandemic shutdowns. That also goes for Niles Pie as they celebrate their 10th anniversary while offering their many great options for takeout and delivery all over the Bay Area.

“We officially began at the end of September 2010, which seems so long long ago,” says Niles Pie founder Carolyn Berke. “We’re going camping tomorrow in the Modoc National Forest, and I’m reminded that Niles Pie actually was dreamed up on a camping trip there in July 2010.”

To celebrate, Edible East Bay wants to share our story on Niles Pie from October 2011, which includes recipes for Whole Wheat Puff Pastry, Chicken Apple Almond Tart, Apple Almond Free-Form Tart, and a newly added  Sweet Potato, Onion, and Gorgonzola Tart.
