Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch wild onions (ramps)
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 white onion
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Chop the onions and sauté in olive oil with a little salt and pepper until they are soft and caramelized.
Add 6 cups of water and simmer the soup for 45 minutes.
If you like, you can add cooked meat, such as chopped turkey or chicken breast, at the end.
Garnish with edible flowers.
