First, join Chef Alison Mountford on Sunday, May 15 as she takes on the challenge of creating four kinds of salsa without fresh tomatoes. In this online class, she’ll demo making roasted chipotle, salsa verde with avocado, pico de gallo, and pineapple habanero salsas.
