Watch the Séka Hills Olive Mill in action and taste the olio nuovo (early-harvest, unfiltered extra-virgin olive oil). In the tasting room, visitors enjoy guided tastings of Séka Hills olive oil, wine, honey, and nuts from the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation. The Olive Crush Festival features olio nuovo, wine tastings, and tours, plus wood-fired pizza made by Pizza From the Hearth, a book signing for The Passionate Olive, and more. At the Olio Nuovo Dinner, a special three-course menu, Yocha Dehe executive chef Casey Willard showcases the outstanding oil and gives a cooking demo. Bottled directly after milling, olio nuovo has a bold, bright taste and is best enjoyed within a few months of harvest. Cost for dinner: $100 per couple; $75 per single.
