Cheesetoberfest at a New Shop in Berkeley

Celebrate Cheesetoberfest with beer, cheese, and housemade pretzels
at Berkeley’s Maker’s Common.

Maker’s Common, a new market and eatery in downtown Berkeley, is run by the co-founders of San Francisco’s Mission Cheese. Come see the bright, airy space and celebrate autumn with German-style beers, American cheeses, and housemade pretzels. The shop features a cheese and charcuterie counter, with assorted salads and sides to eat on site or take home. Maker’s Common seeks to build connections with the people who grow and make our food and to help small producers thrive. It’s the first investment crowdfunded public eatery in the Bay Area, with funds raised through a Direct Public Offering. Tickets: $39. Info: here
