The discussion comes through the lens of two Bay-Area brands: the beloved Guittard Chocolate and award-winning upcycled food company Renewal Mill.
Amy Guittard and Renewal Mill founder Claire Schlemme will be joined by five-time James Beard Award-winning cookbook author and chocolate and alternative flour expert Alice Medrich who will lead a Brownie Bake-Along session that features products from Guittard and Renewal Mill.
