Spend a day in the beautiful Capay Valley north of Davis, California, learning from farmers Dru Rivers and Paul Muller about the myriad of ways their Full Belly Farm has morphed over 40 years to become a diverse vegetable, flower, fruit, grain, animal, value added, and educational center using simple tools and innovative techniques on 400 acres. Gain insight into their ongoing organic no-till experimentation and work of the Conservation Innovation Group in organic vegetable systems, cover crops, livestock integration, equipment, and crop diversity in farm design.

Full Belly is a certified organic farm that’s committed to fostering sustainability on all levels, from fertility in their soil and care for the environment to stable employment for farm workers. They strive to be good stewards of the land so that the current and future generations may continue to be nourished by the healthy and vibrant food they produce.
