Halloween Harvest Fests Around the East Bay

 

Find your thrills and chills at farmers’ markets and other scary spots around the East Bay with u-pick pumpkins, costume parades, pumpkin decorating, scavenger hunts, face painting, and contests to guess the weight of the giant pumpkin.

Here’s a list of events by date. All events are free unless noted.

Dig Deep Pumpkin Patch Festival
Weekends through October, Saturday and Sunday 10am–4pm
Ardenwood Historic Farm
34600 Ardenwood Blvd., Fremont
Cost: $2 per person; $1 for youth under 12. Community members aged 16 and older are invited to volunteer at the festival. Sign up for a volunteer shift here.
