Indigenous Californian Cooking for Families is one in a series of free events at the North Berkeley Library.
At 4pm on Thursday, November 14, author Sara Calvosa Olson, author of Chími Nu’am: Native California Foodways for the Contemporary Kitchen, will offer a presentation and gathering where the whole family can learn how to process acorns into acorn flour to make acorn pumpkin muffins.
