Description

Here’s a simple appetizer that shows off its splendid ingredients. You can garnish with thyme leaves if you don’t have dried thyme flowers.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 ounces ricotta
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 3-6 tablespoons Like Family My My Meyer Lemon or other co-milled Meyer lemon oil
  • Dried thyme flowers
  • Pinch flaky salt
  • 1 baguette, sliced, brushed with extra virgin olive oil, and toasted

Instructions

Place ricotta, salt, and Meyer lemon oil in the bowl of a small food processor or stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment. Whip ricotta mixture until the volume visibly grows and the texture is airy. Place in a cute bowl. Finish with crushed thyme flowers and flaky salt and serve with baguette toasts.
