MAKERS Producing New-Harvest Olive Oils and Finished Extra Virgin Olive Oils
Olio nuovo is a traditional name for first-of-the-harvest olive oils that are immediately released so we can enjoy the bold, bright flavors during the harvest and holiday season. This list shows California makers offering these special oils in the fall 2024 and winter 2024–2025 season. The makers’ 2024 extra virgin olive oils and co-crushed flavored oils will soon follow release of their olio nuovo.
