The Grass Up! educational campaign run by Organic Valley welcomes the public to a gathering that’s all about creating a sustainable food future. Meet farmers, scientists, educators, and activists, and sample seasonal organic food and cocktails. At a series of learning stations, experts on soil, pastures, climate change, pollinators, and seeds are eager to discuss connections between their topics and our food system and environment.
