Kitchen witchery is afoot! Join Lila Volkas for a magical lesson on brewing healing kombucha with medicinal herbs. Learn about the history and health benefits of this beverage made from sweetened tea fermented by a SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast). Sample an aphrodisiac kombucha, if you feel daring, or relax with anxieTEA kombucha. Attendees receive a kombucha starter kit with a brewing vessel, SCOBY, starter liquid, cloth cover, and illustrated instructions. Lila has already shared her SCOBY with more than 300 people.
