Edible Communities, the publishing umbrella for Edible magazines, hosts Edible Institute, a one-day conference on the Future of Food. Leaders from diverse sectors of the food industry gather in Chicago for this forum about challenges and opportunities that will impact the way we source, view, and share food. Presentations are of special interest to food entrepreneurs and writers, as well as culinary and hospitality students, chefs, restaurant managers/owners, farmers’ market managers, and food retailers.
