Melt into the SF Cheese Fest

The theme is “melting together” as cheese lovers gather to taste and enjoy
at this year’s SF Cheese Fest.

The California Artisan Cheese Guild invites cheesemakers and cheese enthusiasts to the historic Social Hall SF for a lively evening of cheese tasting and pairings with local beer, wine, and cider. The theme is “melting together” as you meet 24 Guild-member cheesemakers from around the state and enjoy live music as you sample the cheeses. Participants include pioneering producers like Cowgirl Creamery, Point Reyes Farmstead, Laura Chenel’s, and Marin French, and newer ones like William Cofield Cheesemakers, Moonside Creamery, and Stepladder Creamery. Proceeds benefit the California Artisan Cheese Guild, a statewide nonprofit that educates and supports artisan cheesemaking. Guests receive a free one-year subscription to Culture: the Word on Cheese. Cost: $74.50–$84. Info and tickets: here
