Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie made with silken tofu

In this class for kids ages 7–12, tofu experts from Hodo Soy teach young chefs to make silken tofu from soybeans and then use it to make a scrumptious peanut-butter chocolate pie. As the pies are baking, participants make their own breakfast scrambles with tofu, herbs, and veggies. Class finishes with preparation of angel hair tofu noodles served with pesto.
