Pickle Pizzazz  

CelerySpace hosts a hands-on workshop for those eager to learn techniques for pickling veggies.

Learn to make pickled vegetables to spice up salads and enjoy as snacks and side dishes. After a brief intro to the processes of quick pickling and fermented pickling, participants get the opportunity to create some of each. As an extra treat, instructor Stacie Sandoval demonstrates her Southern grandmother’s quick Cha Cha pickle. Cost: $60. Ticket sales end on Thursday, March 29 at 4pm. Tickets and info: here
