Fieldwork Brews Find Two True Loves at East Bay Events: Feb 14 & Feb 18
Celebrate SF Beer Week and Valentine’s Day with two East Bay tasting events. First, Fieldwork hosts a Barrel-Aged Beer & TCHO Chocolate pairing on Valentine’s Day at its Berkeley brewery. Then, on Saturday, February 18, Fieldwork and SoDo Donuts serve up delicious duos at the new Fieldwork Beer Garden and Taproom in San Leandro.
- In Berkeley, taste six-ounce pours of each beer and TCHO chocolates. Combos include Tres Commas/ Toffee Time, Good Conduct / Choco Latte, Coconut Viking’s Lament / Born Fruity, and Stave New World/ Holy Fudge.
- In San Leandro, try these fresh sourdough donuts with the perfect brew:
- Hot Chocolate Stout with a Spiced Chocolate Custard donut that features a malt syrup and stout reduction and spiced whipped cream
- Salted Tropics Tropical Sour Ale with a Tropical Cremeaux donut that features passionfruit, mango, pink guava and hibiscus jelly and grey sea salt
- Pulp IPA with an Orange “Pulp” Curd donut that features OJ and IPA and candied orange
- Belgian Ale with a Barley Barley Cream donut that’s steeped in spent barley grain and caramelized puffed barley Blackberry Parfait with a Blackberry Swirl donut that features Blackberry and Yogurt Cream and Oat Crumble
